General Terms and Conditions of Reservation

 

The booking implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

 

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

 

To make a reservation, a deposit must be paid of the total rental price by bank transfer. The rest of the amount will be paid at the arrival of the house together with the tourist tax and the supplement (30€) for animals if it’s applicable.

 

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The cancellation of the reservation within 30 days prior to the date of the check-in entails the loss of the payment of the reservation.

3. DEPOSIT

 

On arrival, 200€ will be paid as a deposit in cash. This deposit is for damage or misuse of the facilities and it will be returned on the day of the check-out.

 

4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

 

The  check-in is at 5pm and the check-out is before 12am. These times can be modified (late check-in / check-out) as long as there is no arrival or departures of other guests on the same day. Consult with the owner.

 

5. USE OF THE FACILITIES & RULES

 

- No smoking inside the house (€200 deposit).

- Noise and parties: as the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we kindly ask you to please respect the rest of the neighbors. In
general, there should be no loud noise or playing music outside during the daytime. Please, after 11:00 p.m., keep in mind that silence must be
carefully taken care of (music, shouts, voices, etc.). Failure to comply with this clause may lead to the immediate termination of the contract and
the immediate abandonment of the home.

 

- It is forbidden to occupy the house by more people than those listed in the reservation request. Failure to comply with this clause will lead to the immediate termination of the contract and the immediate abandonment of the home.

 

-The client is responsible for any damage that may be caused during the stay, the property is not responsible for accidents in the premises of the house.

 

- Parties of any kind are prohibited. Failure to comply with this clause will lead to the immediate termination of the contract and the immediate abandonment of the home.

 

- The property is not responsible for improper use of the barbecue.

 

- In case of staying with children, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and guardianship. The property declines all responsibility in this regard.

 

- In case of theft, the property declines all responsibility, the client being free to take out insurance with third parties to cover this eventuality.

 

- The pool does NOT have a lifeguard and lifeguard service, nor surveillance of bathers, the client assumes the responsibility of making good use of it. The property declines all responsibility in case of accident.

 

Before leaving the accommodation:

- The house must be left ordered and ready to be cleaned.

- Please return all the furniture where it was when you arrived.

- Leave the dishes and dishwasher clean.

- It is forbidden to leave garbage in the house, they have to be taken in the recycling containers of the village (they are located at the entrance of the village).

- Please comment if there are broken items, be honest.
